Elizabeth & Chris

The Hope Pavilion

When Elizabeth reached out to me to be her wedding and engagement photographer, I was super honored. I met Elizabeth through a mutual friend a few years back, so we were already acquainted. When I sat down with Chris during our meeting to discuss the photography, I knew right away that these two love birds were destined for each other.

They had their lovely wedding at the Hope Pavilion in Ponte Vedra Beach. Originally, the wedding was intended to be outside next to the pavilion but due to rain, the ceremony was moved under the pavilion. Luckily—with the rain—It could not have been a more beautiful spot.

Paige & Michael

Ortega River Club

I've known Paige for a few years now through the Graphic Design program at UNF. When I met Michael, I knew right away that they were a match made in heaven. They are both full of personality, they are highly passionate in their faith, and they have a warmth about them that makes you feel welcomed.

This lovely wedding took place at Ortega River Club in Jacksonville Florida on a beautiful sunny Saturday. The venue is located right on the Ortega River—which makes it a perfect location for a wedding.

As soon as the reception ended—car packed—these two love birds began their long journey across country to Washington State to start their new life together.

Paige and Michael, thank you for allowing me to capture your guys' big day. I wish you both the best of luck on your journey together!

Morgan & Patrick

St. Augustine Florida

Hands down, the city of St. Augustine is a photographer's paradise. Those narrow stone streets,  historical buildings, beautiful greenery, and random door in wall... (seen above). I could shoot there every Saturday for life and never get tired of it.

It was an absolute pleasure shooting Morgan and Patrick's wedding at the Lightner Museum in St. Augustine Florida. They came all the way from South Carolina to be married in the courtyard around sunset. Following the ceremony, they had their reception at the Peña-Peck House—which is a few blocks over.

Morgan and Patrick, you are a very delightful couple to not only photograph but to be around. Congratulations to you both and thank you for allowing me to capture your big day. It was such a fun time!

Callie & Brian + Baby

First Love, Then Marriage

Wow. Honestly, going through these photos made me very emotional. I have known Callie and Brian for over five years now.  We have shared lots of memories together.  Seeing them—not only crazy in love with each other— but about to bring a beautiful baby into this world, makes me feel so warm inside. I feel so blessed to have been a part of capturing the beautiful joy they are about to feel in the next few weeks. Congrats guys!

Brooke & Josh

A new life

I have to say, this was absolutely magical. I have had the pleasure of shooting Brooke and Josh's engagement shoot, Bridal Shower, and Wedding.  When they asked me to shoot their maternity photos, It was icing on the cake. I can't explain how honored I feel to have been a part of capturing this couple's new adventure together—bringing a little one into the world.

We shot on a farm. An actual FARM! It was so beautiful. Animals running around,  us dodging turkeys and goats, it was photography heaven.  With the sun setting, the wind blowing, chickens cluckin, and a big red tractor, I didn't know where to start. Lucky, I was working with trained models who basically shot themselves.

Josh and Brooke, I love you guys and congratulations!

Elizabeth & Chris

Sunset Shoot

It was a lovely afternoon out at the Hope Pavilion in Ponte Vedra Beach. The sun was setting beautifully as you could feel the love in the air. Before the shoot, Elizabeth and Chris informed me that this shoot would be completely top secret—and that I would have the honor of sharing their news with everyone through this blog. So without further a-due, A BIG Congratulations to Elizabeth and Chris on their recent Engagement! You guys are awesome! I am so excited for the wedding day on Cinco de Mayo! :)

Kelly & Kurt

A Shoot at KONA

It was a rainy day at Kona skatepark. I was nervous at first because the weather wasn't looking so promising, but when Kelly and Kurt showed up they brought the sunshine! I really enjoyed working with these two. They are both crazy about each other, so capturing their happiness on camera was a breeze.

When they brought up the idea of shooting an engagement session at Kona, I was stoked because it was a first for me. Even the person working at Kona told us that she had never seen an engagement session done there. I even had the pleasure of seeing Kurt bust out some moves on the ramp.

Congratulations Kelly and Kurt on your recent engagement!

Jessica + Martin + Geordie

Picnic at the Park

This fun little shoot with Jessica, Martin, and Geordie was located in Memorial Park in Riverside. When they showed up to the shoot, the weather was starting to scare us a little. There were storm clouds in the distance and you could hear thunder. But, luckily for us, the storm passed by and the sun peeked out.

Location: Memorial Park

Camera: Nikon D810

Lense: Nikon 70-200mm 2.8
